When renting our venue, the rate is $210 per person (for 2 nights), all taxes are included. The minimum payment is for 10 people. The organizer will stay FREE if at least 13 people attend. So, 14 can attend for the price of 13! Rental rates include 2 nights lodging - typically a Friday 1:00 pm check-in thru a Sunday 2:00 pm check-out, however weekdays are available as well. You can add extra nights for an additional charge of $60 per person per night. Any additional nights must be booked for the whole group. The lodge sleeps 14 guests with 1 bedroom/1 bath located on the main floor with the event space and 4 bedrooms/3 baths located on the second floor. The cabin sleeps 6 guests with 2 bedrooms/3 baths located on the first floor. There are 20 total beds. *When renting Monday-Thursday, your third night will be free!

Payments
● Payment will be accepted from only one single account/person.
● Payments for extra day stays must be paid up-front, 30 days prior to the date of arrival along with the remainder of your reservation payment.
● All payments are accepted by either check, credit card or Venmo. (Remit payment address is 4917 US-41, Suite 110, Springfield, TN 37172)
Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required at booking. All balances are due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival are non-refundable.
General Policies and House Rules
● RobCo Retreat is not liable for any loss, damages or claims for any reason for any events outside our control, such as loss of power, utilities, cable or internet issues, personal injury, etc.
● Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
● Sorry, but your fur babies will have to stay home. No pets allowed.
● Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the lodge or cabin and only in designated outdoor areas due to our beautifully wooded surroundings on the 14 acre property.
● If using paint or stamping inks, tables must be covered with plastic tablecloths.
● For safety reasons, no candles or other open flames are allowed inside nor are campfires allowed anywhere on the property.
● Upon departure all used bed linens should be placed beside the bedroom door, used bath linens on shower floors and all used dishes placed in the dishwasher.
● If any damages occur, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may prepare for our next guests.
