- Overnight Rentals during the week (Monday -Wednesday nights with Thursday checkout) is $825 per night plus $300 cleaning fee. This includes use of lodging, event space and grounds.
- Overnight Rentals on weekends (Friday - Sunday nights with Monday checkout) is $1,690 per night plus $300 cleaning fee. This includes use of lodging, event space and grounds.
- For small groups, we do have the option of lodging in the cabin (6 people max) during the week only (Monday - Wednesday with Thursday checkout) for $510 per night plus $150 cleaning fee. This includes use of cabin and grounds (no event space).
These rates are inclusive of occupancy tax - sales tax is excluded and requires a tax certificate be on-file (TN sales tax will be added if the form is not provided/available).

Payments
● Payment will be accepted from only one single account/person.
● All payments are accepted by either check, credit card or Venmo.

Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required at booking. All balances are due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within 30 days of your arrival are non-refundable.
General Policies and House Rules
● RobCo Retreat is not liable for any loss, damages or claims for any reason for any events outside our control, such as loss of power, utilities, cable or internet issues, personal injury, etc.
● Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
● Sorry, but your fur babies will have to stay home. No pets allowed.
● Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the lodge or cabin and only in designated outdoor areas due to our beautifully wooded surroundings on the 14 acre property.
● If using paint or stamping inks, tables must be covered with plastic tablecloths.
● For safety reasons, no candles or other open flames are allowed inside nor are campfires allowed anywhere on the property.
● Upon departure all used bed linens should be placed beside the bedroom door, used bath linens on shower floors and all used dishes placed in the dishwasher.
● If any damages occur, please notify us as soon as possible so that we may prepare for our next guests.
